    Mozart wrote these for a friend who was so talented on the natural horn, he could play stable melodic lines with accidentals without changing crooks. Every note was achieved with the shape of his lips and the position of his hand in the bell.

      This is why I‘d prefer a notation in E Flat instead of F

    I think this young lady is the next Dennis Brain. You don't just learn that kind of virtuosity, you have to be born with the musical genes. Ironic that after touring Europe at under 20 years old, guest playing as solo horn for many orchestra's the London Philharmonic put her in as principal horn.

      Sorry but I couldn't disagree more! She may have come from a musical family but you absolutely do learn that kind of virtuosity and it's a testament to how hard any musician has to work, practice and dedicate themselves to their craft to get that good at their instrument. There is no such thing as 'musical genes', only the hard graft that she put in ahead of her peers!
